I went to this store around 5:30 pm today, August 11th. Many people are queuing up to pay, but there is only one cashier in the store. After waiting for a moment, another cashier finally arrived. I was about to go to the new line when the lady standing behind me immediately walked over. She turned out to be an employee who had finished work at this store. I would like to ask if a first come, first served method is adopted when a new payment line appears.

So much left cages and inappropriate piles of stock was a hazard walking around. One person on the till and massive queue. I was overcharged on several items to what selves said and too much to return. Will not visit again as a mess of a store which never experienced in and B&M before

Cheap store with a large range of products. Only fault is they don't do anything online. However, their website shows a product we were after and available, but after visiting 5 stores in area, none had the item, even though a couple of stores even had 2 in stock but none on the shelf!!

We went here to exchange our Flogas bottle but because we wanted to exchange a small one for a large one they wouldn't do it, even though Flogas says they should.

First (and probably last) experience! The store is a complete jumble of everything from discount food to a garden centre, all laid out it seems at random. I needed to swap a Flogas bottle, which I used to do at Homebase before they shut. Slightly complicated as I wanted to swap an empty 5kg for a full 10kg - and pay for the gas, obviously. Homebase used to do this without a problem, Flogas will do it without a problem. B&M won't, even though the deposit on the bottles is the same. So lost sale to B&M. Spoke to Flogas who confirmed that they SHOULD swap as that's the policy. But seemingly, Head Office says no. So, they lost a £60 sale for the gas and a p*ss*d off potential customer who absolutely won't be going back at any time in the future.
