Ordered Large floral Urn for my Mum on Mothers day. Always use Bloom Florist for her as i do not live local. Delivery was arranged on Mothers day. Around 1pm my Mum called and mentioned how beautiful the display was, she was certainly impressed. Many thanks Again Bloom. Great Job as usual

They did the flowers for my Dad's funeral, and they were absolutely beautiful, exactly what we asked for, but just done even better. They also did the flowers nine years ago for my Mum, very different, but still stunning. Cannot recommend them enough.

A lovely bouquet of pink and seasonal flowers was delivered as ordered on Mothers day morning. I have ordered from here many times and have always had great service and quality flowers. This time the delivery man particularly went above and beyond to leave the bouquet in a safe place with jar of water. As my mother is hard of hearing she didn't hear the doorbell and found them a couple of hours later! Many thanks!

Ordered seasonal bouquet for my wife's birthday for morning delivery. Flowers and card were exactly as required and delivered about 11 am. Service could not be faulted; in fact it was excellent like previous occasions.

I chose Bloom for my wedding flowers to include button holes, corsage, bride and bridesmaids flowers and paid in full in advance. It was agreed that flowers would be delivered by 12pm on my wedding day. At about 12:30 I asked my sister to call the florist to ask where the flowers were and was told that our order had somehow been missed and there were no flowers. To give some credit, they made me up a bouquet as the bride at no charge and this was delivered just in time. It is not what I had ordered but it was similar. I received an apology the following day by email and was told I would receive a full refund plus extra for a meal. This was a nice touch. I gave my bank details on the Monday and by Friday was still waiting for my money back. I sent an email asking for my money and received it that evening. All in all, I am hugely disappointed that this had to happen and there are clearly some issues with this florist. I had not wanted to say anything initially because I felt that they were apologetic and had clearly made a big error, however, because I then had to send a follow up email asking for my money I was again made to feel that I was not an important enough customer. My wedding day was lovely but I did not have the flowers I had wanted and I will remember that sadly as part of what was meant to be a ?perfect day?.

ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday, they were delighted with the beautiful bouquet and especially mentioned that the gerberas had been wired to ensure they stayed upright. Bouquet still beautiful a week after delivery. Will order again from this florist.
