Parking: Beaf roast dinner think had been warmed up in microwave too much salt in gravy. Order took 1 hour to come.

Waited one hour for our food to arrive from start to finish 3&1/2 hours as it took soooooo long for our starter main pudding to arrive never been somewhere where it takes so long.

Everytime I eat in here it's between 3/4pm. But evertime they struggle to find a avaliable table for two, in an empty restaurant. Sat in the bar in the end, much easier than waiting for service.

Routine Beefeater chain with fixed menu and standard drinks. Large car park and ample seating.

Exit from car park onto road is brutal and damaged the car when leaving at low speed! Food ok, staff were pleasant and it was busy.

Food is very mediocre (we had the Sunday roast), they say the beef is cooked medium but it was well done. Roast potatoes clearly cooked from frozen. Banoffee cheesecake was good but the ice-cream was as cheap as they come. Also, any voucher small print will get you, 40% off main meals won't include any extra slice of meat or extra spuds and gravy. Server was very friendly but their section was huge so they did the best they could.

Me and my husband took our daughter and her boyfriend for a meal, Saturday eve treat. Had starters and a main.
I picked the prawn cocktail which came with bread and butter. My bread had mould on the crusts.
Sent it back they apologised and took me off the bill.
All of us picked fillet steaks, all medium/rare and all were well done. When you?re spending that kinda money you would like it right. So all went back. Unfortunately with the wait and things going wrong it was hard to enjoy.
The waiting staff that evening were really great, I felt for them as it?s not their fault and they done there best to help.
But all in all it wasn?t a good experience for us.

We had Xmas dinner booked here today 25/12/24 as I am ill my wife collected it as a takeaway. Well if I wasn?t ill before I am now. This has to be the worst food I?ve ever had. It was an embarrassment. £150 for food that was inedible and bloody awful. Thank god I didn?t eat in there as I think words would have been had. But I somehow think they gave us the crap stuff that wouldn?t have been dished up. Never again
