Sort your opening hours out! Says 7.30 on here, 7.30 on the website but just been to the store at 6.30 to find it all locked up, what a waste of time

Very bad experience, awful customer service, rubbish and dirt everywhere, dead mice smell by the pets section, I would never visit this place again.

Terrible. Emailed by head office to go to nearest depot to submit documents, and was refused. 1 hour drive to get there. All because of my work type, yet head office emailed approval and I have more registrations with agencies and meet the so called requirements. Refused my custom. Well discrimination at its finest.

Lovely helpful staff. I am registered for the pet side which means I can use both areas of the depot. Never a bad experience and lots of good bargains.
