Visited on Saturday, the Bureau itself was very busy but the transaction was very swift. Lauren on the desk was very helpful as it was my first time getting travel money, . Great customer service, very polite staff! :)

I turned up today at 1230 only to see a sign in the window that it was CLOSED until 2pm after I had double checked online to see if it was open. I wasted fuel and sat in loads of traffic only to find it was closed, this should be updated online if you?re going to suddenly close randomly in the middle of the day, Google is still saying you are currently open when you are closed. You can?t say you?re open between 10 and 8 and then close for an hour and a half or longer. You wouldn?t shut your supermarket for an hour and a half and just leave a sign on the door so why do that for your travel money desk?
