I went into Argos in Sainsbury's, to get our Autistic Son Alex a new tablet, I was very well looked after by a lady called Andrea, she was so helpful, helping me with getting exactly the right tablet, she was great, I was having abit of a stressful day, but it improved greatly, after being looked after so we'll. I was Served by duty manager Jack, I Took a TV top box recorder back, I can't tell you he was so Helpful and very Polite, he said we can Sort that out for, and he did, and it as been Sorted, first class thank you jack, you are a Credit to Argos.

Do not even deserve 1 star! Tried returning the amazon fire HD 8 kids tablet I brought my LO literally Monday (12/08/24) and got refused because the box had been opened, bare in mind their policy actually states you can return it even with the box being opened! Will actually never ever be going to argos again!
Store policy is a lie! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN ITEMS! THEIR POLICY IS LITERALLY A LIE!! I spoke to a phone customer service and they said you can't return it because the seal is broke, but if I had brought the item from amazon and the seal was broke they would still do a refund! Will never ever be shopping at argos ever again! AVOID

Phoned Argos customer services for a faulty product I was sold. They told me to return for a full refund. Manager was totally unhelpful and refused to accept my return, said I should?ve had a case reference from the customer service rep but they never gave me one. How am I meant to know their internal procedures. After showing him the damaged chair, he said it was because I was using it incorrectly, but the photo attached you can clearly see the welding was inadequate. Phoned customer services again to be told the manager decision is final. Only thru escalation (which was highly unnecessary)did I finally manage to get a refund. Safe to say I have zero confidence using Argos, and I?ll be sure never to buy from them again.

I bought a phone from this store, the phone was not working properly. I communicated this on two occasions, a week apart, to the manager, Michael. Issues were slow and crashing camera, crashing and restarting mobile phone, finger print function problem and phone screen very dim even on full brightness. Michael would not accept return or a satisfactory solution (no solution at all). The phone caused me a lot of stress due to no being able to use. Being the manager, I knew he could sort my problem but did not. Very poor customer service and did not reflect a good manger. Argos prides thereselfs on there customer service which he did not provide. The phone stopped responding totally and kept restarting, on my 3rd attempt to talk to the store a very kind deputy manager, Emma helped me. Emma provided excellent customer service and could see the real problem unlike Michael. Her customer care was fantastic and helped me exchange the phone for a better phone. Michael could have sorted the issue accordingly.

Relatively recent addition to the main store and after a slow start, has gained in popularity over the past 2 years. No quibble returns are fast supply are a real bonus. Extra large car park too.
