Really not a fan of the lack of separation of the food.
Almonds will kill me and there was no separation of the almond food.
But the place was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly

The staff at this branch are lovely. They always welcome me with a smile and ask me how my day is going. My drinks are usually ready by the time I've paid and always taste great. The store is also very clean and well kept.

Went in around 4pm on Sunday 26th Jan. Very clean and nice and bright. We had a peppermint hot chocolate (DEEEELISH) and a normal hot chocolate. Service was fast and the 2 staff were really nice and friendly. Everywhere was clean and tidy .

Dead atmosphere, like walking into a morgue. Slow service, dirty floors and staff with nose rings keep fiddling with their hoops whilst making the drinks. Very unhygienic.
