I have just had an ear wax removal treatment and was very disappointed with it. I had examination and treatment on one ear for £120. I was expecting it to be less , particularly as the most serious wax was not treated. His advice going forward was to use olive oil and visit my doctor if that didn?t work. A total ripoff and great disappointment as a regular customer at Martin Steels.

I had been unhappy with my previous opticians (not independent) and was recommended Martin Steels.
I was seen by Seer who was extremely professional. He diagnosed early Macular Degeneration in both eyes which was a huge shock at 61. He spent a long time explaining the scan results and diagnosis.
I now have my new prescription and am very happy with them. So glad to have been recommended to this practice.
