Dietary restrictions: There are toilets here but just be aware that there are staff rooms that you cannot enter with the signs not on
Parking: Set up in the most luxurious place beach is nearby lots of seating great place honestly the drinks and food is astonishing???The food was good but the drinks were even better
Kid-friendliness: This place is a mix of dog and kid friendlyness so you can bring both your kids and dogs here

Wi-Fi never works. It's a franchise, so they don't offer any of the usual Costa deals. Staff unenthusiastic. When I asked for brown sauce for my sausage bap (they forgot their script to ask when I ordered), they chucked it onto my tray. Dark, dingy and barren.

Went in on Saturday 8th feb around 4:15. Not many seats to choose from as the majority were ?roped off? so you couldn?t sit there. The female toilet was locked so only one toilet working and the STENCH of this one toilet of drains, overuse etc was VILE. I don?t think it had been cleaned all day. The lattes were luke warm and not very nice. Wouldn?t return

Normally Emsworth Costa is fantastic but went in today at 16.45 to be told that they were closing at 17.00 on Saturdays from now on rather than the advertised closing time of 17.30. No sign on the door to say they had changed the times. A lady customer who came it at the same time as me also decided to leave without ordering a drink as there wouldn't be enough time to drink it. Please stay open until 17.30 on Saturdays like you have always done otherwise you will be losing regular customers.

If a store is open until 4pm you should be able to order the menu until 4pm. Arrived at 3:42pm to be told I can?t have a cold drink because they?ve already started tidying up. False advertisement of opening hours.

Leave extractor fan on most nights in a gated community that their fans backs onto. Noise complaint reported to the council for complete disregard of peoples sleep. Switch off a button every day and their is no issues. How difficult can it be?! How would you like it where you live having a noisy fan on all night? Disgraceful.

The usual Costa with really nice staff. We came to Emsworth for a language course and this Costa was our starting pad. We enjoyed really nicely crafted coffees and breakfast and cake

Cash only, why?? The staff then take the money and proceed to touch the cakes and pastries food etc without washing hands. Over and over again . When will people learn?
