Depsite shopping in here regularly and again whilst this event transpired. Awful management wouldn't let a 3 year old use the toilet. Said 3 year old preceeded to wet himself and their floor. Where is the humanity? Staff on the shop floor are lovely.

All week we have had very annoying Great Ormond Street chuggers standing outside, deliberately getting in the way of customers leaving the store, asking people to sign up and not easily taking no for an answer. The Co-op member of staff I spoke to said they have had complaints but can't do anything about it! Great way to lose your customers Co-op!

No proper parking, staff appear poorly trained, self service tills were out of action because the staff couldn't work out how to reset them, they had a problem scanning my student card for discount and then proceeded to blame me for it, other Co-ops just punch in the number if there's a problem swiping.
