Depsite shopping in here regularly and again whilst this event transpired. Awful management wouldn't let a 3 year old use the toilet. Said 3 year old preceeded to wet himself and their floor. Where is the humanity? Staff on the shop floor are lovely.

All week we have had very annoying Great Ormond Street chuggers standing outside, deliberately getting in the way of customers leaving the store, asking people to sign up and not easily taking no for an answer.
