I have an account with this company. I tried to log on this morning and found that this was not possible unless I provide my account number. So although I know my username and password this is not enough. Then I try to contact customer support and guess what no phone number. Ask me if I will be returning to this store! Pity as the face to face guys were OK.

Thought it's time for a review as the service has improved over the last few months .Eastleigh TP is smoother than ever.The office staff are always serving with a smile with new management and counter staff.((Massive improvement compared to last manager.who was always so miserable!))Nothing is too much bother. And for theThe hire side of things, these guys are quick and efficient too,Each visit to TP eastleigh the yard is always so tidy.and safe too.! Ie-no balanced pallets loose aggregate etc etcDan who runs the yard keeps it to a high standard,yet again previous yard foreman never seemed bothered about keeping it to a high standard unlike dan.these guys are always efficient and happy to help/load.And its done in a safe manner.Always driving sensible on fork trucks too. dan is very knowledgeable with any aggregates or building supplies you need.Which makes it a great place to obtain materials at a fast pace if your on the MoveKeep up the good work.These guys got a great team and we'll organised.10 outta 10
