Shop at the Eastleigh store on a regular basis. Staff are normally great. Approached a member of staff today to ask for a price and she spoke to me like a bit of dirt, as she was busy. She was rude throughout. Out of character for rest of staff. Probably best to stick with Hedge End store in future.

Awful customer service! Beware trying to return any online purchases. Leslie was rude and stubborn verging on aggressive. Avoid if you can!

Esatliegh store, Swan centre. Good store for clothing, home ware, cosmetics and toys. Its pretty much standard as all their stores but this unlike some is all on one level. Not particularly busy most days and surrounded by other smaller shops.

Its so hot in this place i can barely be in there for more than 10 minutes. Really annoying to queue up to be able to browse the coffee syrup as like most other TK's they have tons of stuff to sell right near the till which is very annoying.
