What a ridiculous statement was made by the security guard outside of the pub today when I tried to come in at 9:45 on Saturday night to have dinner after a long week of work. I?m not even drinking. The pub representative, who refused to give me his name, asked me to stay outside the door for 45 minutes. They cleaned the bar because they were short on staff. Never the less even after I asked to let me in and wait to be served when they ready to do so, as it is a November and it is cold outside I still was asked to wait outside on the cold . Please anyone explain me , what happened with service and hospitality in the UK .. and one more , when I asked to introduce him self , the member of staff told me he won?t give me his name
