staff extremely helpful when you are lost looking for something. person on the door greets you with a smile. Demo days are good along with the free events. even when its very busy the staff dont seem to be anything but great

Pretty well stocked for a small store. Although they have recently stopped selling lego in the shop. Generally good prices. Friendly helpful staff.

Had the best customer service today, the manager Jason was particularly helpful in ensuring a "Mini Shop Brands" toy was put aside for my niece's Xmas present. Fantastic customer service all round, you don't get many shops where the staff actually care anymore!

The shop itself is located in a great place but I found the toys in the shop weren't very good of you have a child over 8 there wasn't much in the way of Lego or board games. Lots for really young children
