Visited recently, person in fronts sub was burnt, asked for usual turkey breast and ham and they just left the slices together instead of spreading out and didn?t even put enough lettuce in to cover half the sub, definitely not where it used to be, more care needs to be taken, seemed a lot of people noticed it wasn?t as it was, potentially changed hands if a franchise

I was charged £3 more than what I ordered, Virtually no toppings were actually added. Server randomly added extra charges when I was paying, charging me for a meal deal and extra cheese when I did not ask for either. I didn't even receive a drink or crisps for the meal deal, just the charge.

New owners are incredibly stingy. Want cucumber in your footlong? 4 tiny pieces should do right. You have to ask for more and more and get snark back "it already has X ingredients on it" - yeah, but nowhere near as much as you used to get, or get elsewhere. You have to watch them like a hawk as they miss adding things too.
So disappointing as the new staff and owners have taken one of the best subways and made it so all the subs are sub-par.
If you can, I'd go to a different subway. It's that bad.

I have been to this branch two times now and the customer service has been absolutely horrendous! Not to mention the strong smell of body odour as you approach the counter. The bearded male and the female wearing the bonnet are not welcoming at all constantly talking to each other in another language without any regards towards how others would be made to feel. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last time but my gosh it looks like this is a normal process for these two.
I ordered two portions of waffle fries but the male decided that he would put them in one box without asking before he proceeded so I couldn?t really say no and they tasted disgusting.
I was asked by the woman if I wanted any sauce with the cheese bites I had ordered and when I asked which sauces were available she was full of attitude acting annoyed that I didn?t know and then went on to make hand gestures and rolled her eyes at me.
I have zero tolerance for rudeness and confronted her behaviour straight away when I caught her talking about me again behind my back to her colleague as I was leaving but they both acted like they did not know what was happening.
Not once did they apologise to me even though I expressed how I was made to feel last week and also today which just proves how inconsiderate and unbothered these individuals are! You?re paid to serve customers so do your job and perhaps gain some people skills while you are at it. Pathetic behaviour especially in front of young kids!

Very busy when I entered the branch - I wasn't fazed, it was part of the lunch hour, after all.
But the service at the counter was particularly slow. Disappointingly, they ran out of my sandwich option - these things happen. But, I was disappointed by the male sandwich artist's lack of concern. A female colleague had to step in and apologise.
I took my custom elsewhere, as a consequence.
2 stars overall - 1) for store hygiene and 2) the apology from another member of staff.
