Fantastic service , I popped in to find out if my glasses could be repaired the young chap at the front of the shop said no problem they have a two year guarantee so promptly swapped over the frame and handed me them back . I had previously popped into the hedge end branch to be told I must had brocken them and would have to pay £80 for new frames

Pick up my New glasses today. From having my eyes tested to picking them up. I?ve had extremely good costumer service. Everyone is very happy and pleased to see you and help. I will be going back million %. I?m unsure of the managers name but they are doing a really great job with running the shop and the staff. If I could give more the 5 stars I would.

Took my mother in to collect her glasses, we waited ages to be seen, then this young woman comes out, completely ignores us, an older gentleman tells her to help us, which she obviously didn?t want to do given the eye roll, she didn?t say a word and abruptly asked for my mums name, she went to get the glasses, when she came back she practically threw a piece of laminated card at my mother, and thankfully we?ve done that test multiple times before, but anyone else wouldn?t have a clue since she couldn?t be bothered to tell her what to do, my mother asked if she should read the bottom line and she replies ?yes obviously?, my mother also asked for her glasses to be altered and clearly that was even too much for her, she never smiled, said maybe two words to us, kept chomping on gum the whole time, I couldn?t catch her name as she didn?t wear a name badge, but she clearly needs some training or shouldn?t work around people!
