Stevie, the manager, was absolutely incredible! We had to print and send some last-minute documents to America. He was so kind, patient and generous making the whole process so much easier than we anticipated. The rest of the staff were really lovely as well. A HUGE thank you to Stevie amd the rest of the Rymans/Robert Dyas team!

It?s a shame that stores have to occupy space in other peoples shops nowadays. This one is in a Robert Dyas. It?s ok but I think the range they sell is much reduced because of the space they have. Prices were good. I?d far rather visit this store in its own right. There?s plenty of empty units in the centre.

They tried to charge me 50p per side of paper to scan on to a USB stick. When i enquired about the high price, they said that it is 20p to print per page. This makes sense as I am paying for the paper and ink, but to charge 50p per piece of paper to be scanned on to USB?! What am I being charged for?
