Honestly losing the plot with Royal Mail. For me, hands down the worst delivery company. Just leave my parcel where I tell you on your website and I wouldn't have to keep trying to get to this office at stupid hours.

Absolutely useless delivery office. I posted an item first class 24 hr tracked from here, its been a week and it still hasnt left their depot. I now have an expensive item in transit and the buyer has been refunded by an automated system. So I?m out of pocket and dont have my item ! No wonder youre not getting pay rises!

Come here a few times to pick up parcels that haven?t been delivered due to not being in. Word of warning - don?t come on a Saturday morning. Very busy! Queuing out the door to pick up parcels. Seems like not enough staff on a Saturday. Week days during the day seem to be quieter.

New opening hours are ridiculous. I'd imagine most people who miss a delivery during the day do so because they are out at work so having restricted opening hours during the working day is very frustrating. Also not fit for purpose as a collection point due to location. Most people will need to drive there and there is no dedicated customer parking. Though I must add that the staff on the counter are excellent. This review is not negative towards them at all.

The Asian man behind the counter simply hates his job. Imagine spending your working life so unhappy? What a terribly sad existence. I needed a tiny bit of tape to secure a letter and was abruptly told ?you?ll need to go elsewhere for that? if your paying for a tracked service you?d think they would supply a slither of tape but no. Shocking like most customer service in the UK

On Thursday they should keep open until 6pm. At 3 pm I was there, the lights was switch off and no one was there or any notice to the customers why they are not working ! Its quite frustrating because I had to come from Bournemouth.. ??

Hours don't seem to be right, had to wait until Thursday to get my package as I don't finish work until after 4pm. Despite both the website and the notice on the door saying it's open until 6pm on Thursdays, it was closed at just before 5pm. What a waste of time!

Closed both times I?ve visited to collect parcels and both times should have been open. It ?closes? at 6 today, but it?s shut at 3.45. Very poor

Postman didn?t even knock for our special guaranteed delivery which contains vital items needed on the day of delivery. Pure laziness by the postman. Fuming is an understatement. Il be having some very hard words next time I see that useless little c***

Very inconvenient place both for pedestrians and drivers: this ?Unit 2m? is situated in a middle of an industrial estate where you can expect countless lorries, trucks & Royal Mail vans. No specified staff or customers car park, at 8am absolutely nowhere to park, even for postmen. For those who don?t drive it?s even more inconvenient - nearest bus stop is very far away. Very bad choice for Royal Mail Delivery Office. Inside it?s quite disorganised & shambolic - that?s why parcels and letters get lost or aren?t delivered for days. Staff is relatively friendly to customers and each other but it definitely isn?t the best DO in England.

Have been waiting 4 weeks for various parcels sent. Have been told the regular postman is off sick and there is a backlog and there is no one available to cover. An absolute shambles. Why don't the managers get off their arses and help out. You can't blame Covid forever. If I could give no stars I would.
