Good customer service. I was helped by a gentleman name Darsh a few weeks ago with car tax and registering a new vehicle. He came out of the shop before I got into my car to help me after the lady behind the counter was unable (not her fault, she just didn't know).

Que is always so long. Lady at till rude. I Qued half hour to be told they don't sell the envelopes their but at the shop part and was expected to re que. Need hire some staff and remember they are in ciliatoemr Services too.

Took parcels to send gave wrong information told parcels to big for parcel force 48hr. Took parcels after reading online requirements they were accepted straight away at different post office. Useless service best thing Royal Mail can do is either get with the times train your staff properly or wrap out shop and let someone else take it all over.

Visited this post office today to post 2 parcels. A very rude elderly staff working in the post office counter. I asked her a general question, she looked at me and didn't respond and carried on scanning my parcels. I asked again politely with an apology to start, thinking she may have not heard me. She responded rudely "yes, heard you the first time?"Then why not acknowledge in a kind manner and respond to my question?She still didn't answer my question. Gave me my receipt without any form of communication. Unbelievable service and one that I will be filling a formal complaint to the post office about.It certainly came across that it was due to my background race that she spoke down towards me...

Worst post office i have visited. No greeting from staff when approaching the counter. And complete lack of customer service skills.I requested for a £50 note to be changed in store as it would not be accepted on a purchase at the front shop counter.I was informed by the very rude staff member that they are not allowed to exchange notes as it is against the law.Popped into the Swan shopping Centre branch and they were more than helpful and obliged. They happily changed the note without hesitation and i made the purchase elsewhere.

I visited today with a complicated postal issue. The young man at the counter couldn?t have been more helpful and was fast and efficient in dealing with my query to a very satisfactory conclusion. I shall use this Post Office in preference to Eastleigh Swan Centre every time from now on.!

I checked the opening times and found it was shutting at 4pm. I arrived at 3.40pm only to be told by the abrasive staff member that the person in front of me would be the last person served before they closed. I asked why they advertised a 4pm closing then, and was told that 'they needed some time to cash up'. Surely that is done after the advertised closing times! I think the staff member just couldn't be bothered serving me. Wasted trip, will not be returning.

Always closes early. Stitched me a few times. Staff are usually on the phone when they are serving you also. Its just rude.
