Every time I post a parcel here, it goes missing. 3 times now. Where are these parcels going? Never happens anywhere else. I will never use this Post Office again.

When in post office Monday was 2 Asian ladies standing.they have no manners they don?t know how to talk to customers .they don?t even say hi, please, thanks no respect .they say u come this ,do this, do that. ?.I just hate to going in post office if I have too.

Staff spend to much time speaking to customers about things that aren?t to do with the reason their there for. Shop says you can pay for envelopes at the post office. Yet the post office staff said you can?t. Staff spend to much time doing other things when people need serving. I avoid this Post Office as much as possible.

Unbelievable poor customer service from the tall man with glasses, so unprofessional. Why work in that environment when you haven't got patience and so unhelpful.\\nDay was saved by the lady on the other side at least she had a smile and chatted.

Poor customer service. I've tried to truck my parcel, which I posted two weeks ago. No other customers in the post office but had to wait because the ladies were busy talking amongst themselves. Eventually, when one of them attended, she gave me the rolling eye treatment and sent me online.

Absolute shocking service - wait in a long queue to get your biometric information taken (in which time someone else has received the same service) - when I got to the front they say itâ??s not working because they donâ??t have the staff. Businesses offer a list of services, you canâ??t just switch between which you want to offer on any given day because you are understaffed. As acustomer, your staffing issues should NOT be my problem.
