The service here used to be very good, then the post office was moved to the tills area and now it?s really really bad and customers made to feel like an inconvenience. Service is very slow, and regularly had a debate about what the postage should be as was regularly over charged.I don?t use it anymore and go elsewhere, very sad but

What's the point of a post office counter when it is closed half the time. Call to confirm if the counter is open and no one answers the phone.

They keep changing their opening times and then it?s down to whether they have Post Office trained staff. Another reason why the franchise model is not fit for purpose- the whole point of the coop and other late night retailers taking this on was to provide customers with later opening times.

Closed! No reason, was told it's been cashed up and that's it. I have to return item by today and I can't. Staff couldn't care less. 4th time I've been here to use service and it's closed. Sick of it. Just close it down so I don't keep wasting my time going there only to be told it's closed!

Edit.. 17/5Bakery is back up and running. Post Office Hours are once again consistent. The que system still leaves customers frustrated and confused. Stock levels and staffing has increased.Edit..Still no improvements months later. No restock plan in place and for the majority item's are listed out of stock. The bakery is Closed with no information on display that it will opening again any time soon. Post Office hours are still inconsistent "changing on an hourly or daily basis".The staff are friendly and try to assist but are clearly not being supported at the Area/Regional Management Level.Edit..Major staffing issues. Frequently changing hours and a confusing queuing system in place. Forwarned customers for the Cooperative will be prioritized and if your not in the correct que you'll likely be asked to que again.With all the changes over the past year the Cooperative company has alot to answer for.Unhappy customers and staff.. Sort it out ffs!

Worst post office. Nobody ever available and the opening times are all over the place. Been twice in last 2 days, first day they said we can?t serve until 9am and the second day until 10am. Really poor and frustrating. Go elsewhere.

Maybe you should update your opening times online to the correct ones. Staff spoke to me with a poor attitude and Wasted my time and petrol. Not the first time this has happened. Seem to open when they feel like it. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Nice little convenient store and post office. Attitude of some staff very authoratitive to the point of rudeness. Lady monitoting the queue outside (covid limits to people in store) seemed to love ordering people about, shouting in to someone on the till whst she would allow 'because people in P O queue just stand up the aisles'. Understand the need to restrict access but do it NICELY, these are customers.

Literally just come out of this location. I went up to the post office counter expecting it to be open until 2 pm. Only to be told that it's closed and did so at 12:30. When I politely said the website states 2pm. I was met with a very rude shrug of the shoulders and told "Well there's no post until next year anyway!" So tomorrow I replied?? I was the guy with the red coat. Appreciate that times are changeable but work on your customer service perhaps.
