Great service when I recently stopped by to purchase a guinea pig. I sadly had one pass away recently so I came in to get advice and get a companion for my solo piggy at home. I spoke to Georgie within the store who is a true credit to Pets at Home as she was very knowledgeable, friendly and went out of her way to help me and get me the perfect piggy - Oreo. Thanks to her for helping me and offering some really valuable advice as well. Both piggy's are now living together (after initially living apart for just over a week) and all seems to be going well so I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Georgie was absolutely amazing , helped us massively throught everything , this is by far the best customer experience i have ever recieved by anyone! Very helpfull , informative of everything. I would highly recomend to go in just to go in and see her. Very knowladble with everything! She is the best , thank you once again Georgie!!

We were served by Ace, whilst buying a hamster and they were so helpful!
Ace gave great advice about everything to do with caring for a hamster and they were also great with my young children, explaining to them things in a way they would understand and made them feel included in the special memory of getting their first pet.
They checked over our hamster with us making sure she looked to be in a healthy condition- which she was.
They also advised we downloaded the Pets at Home app to get ourselves 10% discount on our purchases, which was appreciated!

Lilly (pink hair) in Eastleigh store was so so helpful ,kind and knowledgeable with harness for my mums jack russel, there was another young girl as well but I did not catch her name , but both girls where lovely and helpful.

We took my 1 year old god-daughter here since she is obsessed with animals. She thoroughly enjoyed looking at the guinea pigs, rabbits and fish and kept her entertained for about an hour! If you have a toddler interested in animals I highly recommend!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Kieran was one in a million. We were asking for advice on getting a puppy/dog for the first time and there for a good while. He was very informative and nothing was too much to ask. Offered help on everything. Couldn?t ask for more. Brilliant! Thank you Kieran
