Vets wise, Typically good for my and my pets, shop ok, but the snake selection for bedding and such isn't great.The groomers? very rude! Do not go!They do NOT listen to clients about how their animals are and how they react. They stand over animals that are in their care when placed in crates and shouting down at pets to the point the animal is wound up enough to snap and THEN have the audacity to ban the animal afterwards! If you know you are getting a dog that's never been groomed and is a nervous pet, LISTEN TO THE OWNER/DOG CARER!!!

A 10 for the store and its employees, always very attentive and friendly, but very disappointed with the veterinarians, or rather with the reception of the veterinarians because when I wanted to make a query, their response was very blunt, we do not accept new clients, very surprised and disappointed
