I was at breakfast on the 19th the lady wearing a black jumper she ran around for us and went above & beyond for us and what a great great person so I didn't get her name at all she had black hair and a black jumper on she saw everyone to there tables she is a big credit to the company well done for all there hard work...

Now I've stayed here about 10 times with work , Reception staff fab and friendly , rooms clean and very comfy bed. pool area lovely clean now the bad bits , the bar staff have always been in dis awry , young poorly trained inexperienced staff, they do not know how to operate till and my latest visit to bar was the worst...

I really enjoy my night out with my friends here , the food was excellent, and the staff great , especially the assistant manager a short girl with blonde hair , she was really nice , and full with positive energy ..; she make us laugh, and change all the atmosphere, .
