UPDATE: Replacement was delivered in 20 mins and they assured that their procedure has been updated to stop this happening for others. New pizza is great!
Argumentative over the phone when asking for a replacement when our food arrived with cremated toppings. Told they come like that (never have prior). Hang up on us after supplying evidence as requested.

Order a takeaway last Friday, came all cold..phoned and spoken to someone and said I wanted a refund the person said I need to speak to my manager I'll call u back...3 hrs later no call back....I called again to be told I would be refunded 8 days later no refund. I called the store yesterday to speak to a manager, to be told a manager wasn't there and they would look into it and call me back....still waiting for a call...
