I would like to give a very big thank you. Ti the most wonderfull Cashier. In nationwide Eastleigh. Hampshire. At about 1 .39. I went in today very discombobulated out of breath and very upset. With chest pain. She went over and begin a wonderfull. Human being. I had been contacted. Very late by my solicitor. Needing. My bank statement. For 12 months. She could see I was upset. And did her upmost. To make me feel better and put me in a safe place I have been a A/E. Nurse most of my life. An I knew u had chest pain. But need to get my document posted. With out her u would not of achieved my goal. As very big thank you. For how you treated. Me. I won?t. Forget. Your kindness. Lesley Proctor. RGN. MBACP. Xx

Staff always friendly and helpful.
1.However there is always a queue so I don't understand why we are told that less people are using the branches therefore they are only open part time. its just another way of forcing people to use the internet.
2.How sad that there is no encouragement for children to save. Savings books are a thing of the past we are told but wouldn't it be a good thing to take children into a branch and be able put their birthday money into a savings account and to see it build up.

Nationwide Eastleigh have decided only to open 3 days a week and a Saturday until 1pm , I had a cheque to put into my account, The queue was outside into the street at 11am on Wednesday 16th August, And only two of the Nationwide employees were serving !In the queue for well over 25 minutes ! No apology from any member of staff for the wait in the queue, Many other customers were complaining about the queue and lack of employee`s some left in frustration! If this is progress from Nationwide only opening on certain day`s and having a small number of employees to serve it`s customers They will lose a lot of customer`s me included !

Visited Nationwide Eastleigh in July and the gentleman who helped me (I think his name was Dan) was so efficient and managed to resolve all of my queries quickly. He was both helpful and cheerful even during these unusual Covid times.

Can't ever reach the branch since it closed on Saturday's. Can't you close one day during the week to allow those working Monday to Friday access on Saturday?

Trying to close savings account. They sent me a statement. contact number top of letter not available. Tried a different number. After 10 minutes of answering questions and talking to a machine returned to beginning of loop. All I want is to close my account and get a cheque. Why is it so difficult and why will nobody speak to me?. Are you run totally by robots? Also, I cant send this message without giving at least 1 star. Why? I don' t want to give any stars.

Open longer on Satuday... Seriously annoying that if I miss it by an hour I have to wait until next Satuday to go in
