We came to Nando?s Eastleigh as a Birthday treat for our daughter. We have had a lovely evening and all of the team were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble ?. We would like to make a special mention to Sophie, Emilie, Calvin, Baker, Latoya, Lottie, Gabbie, Nikhil, Jack, Sean, Harvey, Eva, Amy and Sam. We are all looking forward to coming back soon to see the amazing team members at Nando?s Eastleigh. Thank you!!!!!

Had only ever been to nandos once. Chicken was dry and awful. BUT??.
My son wanted to go so we did.
SO glad we did as food was 10/10.
I tried my sons chicken thighs and they were so juicy.
My burger was also moist.
The service was fab. Got seated straight away and told how to order via app. Did so and drink come within 2 mins. Then out food was within ten mins - ( there were two adults and x3 children. )
The restaurant was super clean and tables cleaned as soon as people left.
Could not fault anything. Even the toilets were clean.
Staff also super polite and helpful. ????
Would deffo return here.

Friendly staff, good food and cosy atmosphere. Smaller than most Nandos, but nice and clean.

Nice food , quick service , ashame when the restaurant is busy staff will only sell you a sauce as there isn't enough of the free bottles to go around .
My 11 year old isn't going to want the super hot sauces , just wanted a mild one, but if I wanted some I'd need to buy them ????

Wanted chicken thighs, but they had none. I ordered the full chicken, which was OK. However, the side of rice was dry & mainly all stuck together

Incredibly slow service, multiple incorrect orders and overworked, stressed staff causing a hectic atmosphere. Management doing the minimum to support their team, leading to irritation of guests and ridiculous wait times. We were told ?all chicken comes with flavouring, plain isn?t really a thing? so my nephew couldn?t eat any chicken from the menu due to dietary restrictions. We waited over 20 minutes for a small tub of pre-packaged ice cream that was so frozen it was literally impossible for my daughter to eat it without assistance. Really disappointing visit.
Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly at all, according to the chefs everything comes pre-seasoned so if your child can?t handle spicy, skip this restaurant!
