McDonald?s needs a policy where if delivery orders are not picked up by Deliveroo / Uber etc in good time that they remake the food fresh and charge the waste back to the delivery service. Too many times have I received food that was stone cold or ice cream melted from McD. It?s basically inedible.

Restaurant is fine, however at the times I go there are a large number of youths hanging around usually 15-20 causing anti social problems so I would avoid at around 3pm-9pm

Customer service is just non existent here.
You get ignored at the till and when you do get the attention of somebody and tell them your concern you get blanked or looked at like you have spoken a language they can't understand.
I can't stand the place but the kids want it.

Not the worst McDonald's but not the best or the quickest either. Always busy.
Vegetarian options: No onside parking as attached to the Swan centre which has it's own parking.

Over 14 minutes to get my order , asked 10 minutes were my order was and was met with attitude eventually got my food no sorry for the wait for the delay and the coffee clearly be made 10 minutes earlier because that was Luke warm and the pancakes were burnt. Left hand didn?t seem to know what the right hand was doing. no organisation wasn?t even that busy not a great start to my day

There were two burgers in the order and they took 25 minutes to prepare, a very long wait, the children could not get to the toilet because the second floor was closed.
