Big shout out to a very helpful lady, Mandy, who works at the Eastleigh store. She kindly directed me to an offer that I could use to receive 20% off my purchases today. As I hadn't noticed the sign in store, I would have otherwise had to pay full price. Mandy has always been so lovely on previous occasions and has fantastic customer service skills. A real asset to Matalan!

Manager needs a lesson in customer service ! Very sarcastic and thinks that she was talking to one of her young staff members clearly !! Will find another store if she doesn?t value a customer. Shame in this day and age when we can easily shop online.
