“We often stay at this Premier Inn while visiting family in the area.Staff are always very polite & helpful, rooms are clean & warm.Meals served at the restaurant next door are always nice with a good choice, young families well catered for too.Easy access from the car park for wheelchairs/pushchairs although this does fill to capacity at peak times.There's a lift to all floors but this was broken on our last visit, & were informed two days before so that provisions could be made if we had difficulty with the stairs.Ideal location if you're on the way to Southampton for a cruise.”
