I went into the eastleigh branch this afternoon( November 26th) to ask for some copies of my bank statements for a new job and the lady that served me went above and beyond what was expected and was extremely helpful and friendly. Having got the bus to Eastleigh and walked to Lloyds only to find a notice on the door saying CLOSED. Will reopen tomorrow. YOUR WEBSITE WHICH I CHECKED BEFORE I LEFT HOME SAID YOU WOULD BE OPEN TODAY UNTIL 3.30.

Shocking service. Need more on the tills, enabling staff to count CASH...than floating around on that stupid tablet. Does anyone actually remember cash anymore. Read your reviews and act on what's said
