I have been trying to get my regular medication now for 3 weeks arranged another prescription went to collect yesterday to be told we don?t have all of them gave me back my token prescription and told me to go somewhere else so rude this female was and made me feel as though I shouldn?t even be on my thyroid medication. The token prescription does not work in other chemist so now having to go through again 111 they?re a waste of space useless . I cannot express my disappointment and the risk of having palpitations with no medications now I?m away on break in Devon

Says they close at 530pm sat on google - updated 9 weeks ago. They close ar 12pm! I can't pick up my urgent prescription till Monday now.

This Pharmacy has been unfairly destroyed on Google reviews due to the ridiculous NHS and the, not fit for purpose Stokewood surgery and their Common Purpose cadet staff . The reason I am posting this review is because it is true. The reviews on Google should reflect more than just the anger of the local people who get upset due to the NHS and the idiots who work at the surgery next door. Oh and let us not forget the social media hate campaign launched by those with the Eastleigh mentality.

Don?t know how they?re still open! There is a particular member of staff who is always rude and I honestly don?t know how she is still in a job! You always have to wait for ages for them to find your prescription, that?s when they can be bothered to look.They also take an hour lunch break 1pm-2pm so any plans of going to get a prescription on your lunch break are a no go! You?ll have to fight the queues after work. If I could rate it less then one star I would!

Front door sign and Google say open from 8.15am. It's now 8.45, been sat here half an hour waiting. Counted over 17 people trying to get in. Will try again on way home. Ain't much point calling as they never answer.

I called in today and requested a common over the counter medication. I was asked my age (irrelevant), the server then asked the pharmacist who told her she couldn't sell it to me and I had to see a doctor. An embarrassing experience and absolute poppycock Went to another pharmacy who sold it to me without question of course. I will never use this pharmacy again.

June 2022. Lloyds Pharmacy at Stokewood SO50 closed. Nothing to indicate when it will open.October 2022. Same problem. I am now switching to delivery from Pharmacy2U. I am done with this place.I have read the reviews left. Not a single one in praise.The place used to be well run.Every negative comment I read ticked a box with me.Staff walking aimlessly about without any interest in a large queue of people waiting.The site resembling somewhere that had been burgled.The licence needs to be given up by Lloyds and households in the area deserve a better facility.This place is beyond saving.

NOTE - does not open at 0815 as stated. Arrived to see a hand written note saying open at 0900 Mon - Fri.Also, no organisation whatsoever and staff are rude and unhelpful.Despite the fact that I live literally a 2 minute walk away I have changed me pharmacy to Wainwright's in Bishopstoke who are all lovely.

Absolutely appalling. Queued up for over an hour only told my perscription hadn't been ordered nearly a week and half ago after I put it in the doctor surgery next door. It not an online food oder, it medication. No apology just said it due to a backlog . Which shows The surgery and chemist are way too small for the size of fair oak and surrounding area it now covers

We are new to the area as moved from Totton. AR Pharmacy who I used to get prescriptions made up from are amazing compared to this place. I've only been twice and each time it's taken ages. The place looks like it's been done over as well as its a total mess.Get your act together or get more staff if needed.

Every time you come to this pharmacy it is always closed early and you can?t pick anything up. Customer service is the worst I have ever known, they are so rude and blunt just to get you out the pharmacy and give you four day notice to come back and collect and even then that?s if they can be bothered to do it. Go to any other pharmacy if you can
