Went into this store this evening and wanted to use the tills as I had a trolley full of shopping the manger Bash said its cash only, witch is stupid considering they have card machines on them! I then told him ill part cash rest on card! So he served me and then tried to transfer my shopping over to the self checkout for the remaining payment that was needed by card, the worst customer service I have ever received and from a manager called Bash!

I like the store, but there is a huge minus of this place - NO TOILET! This really annoys me, I go there every other day and at least 1 hour, that is, I spend 4-5 hours a week in Lidl and there is no toilet. For example, I have health problems and I need to visit the toilet more often than other people, but there are many people like me with similar needs, and everyone is outraged by this. Or for example, you drive in traffic for an hour and a half from work, go to the store to calmly buy goods, and you can't calmly leave, you have to either run because you want to go to the toilet, or you throw your trolley and run all the way to the station to go to the toilet. It is very inconvenient and annoying with such service and attitude towards customers. Recently, the store underwent renovations and was closed for a while, and I naively thought that Lidl would finally fix this toilet situation, but what a surprise, the store opened and the most important thing for the customer is still missing. Please fix this.??

My favourite food shop, in the UK. Reasonable prices, fresh fruits and vegetables, a big range of meat, literally all I need. I am going here once a week. The range of products is varied, rarely is something that I need and they don't have it. Staff wise, they were always helpful.

Last night there was only one member of staff on the shop floor. No one on tills and a bigger than usual queue for self checkout. The lady explained that she couldn?t open a til as she was regularly needed to rectify the self checkout tills as the ?incorrect weight? had been added to the bagging area! Whilst this is a bad reflection on Lidl (staffing, lack of management and incorrectly programmed product weights), Emma, was fantastic! She remained calm and helped everyone as quickly as she could. Apologised numerous times for the delays and inconvenience. I would have just locked the door Emma so well done to you managing a whole store single handedly! Praise and Payrise are what this lady needs!

Really disappointed! The cashers usually scan some items multiple times... It has happened many times... This is scamming...
Update: thanks for taking the advice. The staff refunded the over charged items quickly.

Well stocked store, friendly staff. Usual good Lidl prices. Bakery on site for fresh bread and pastries.
Helpful car park onsite but you MUST enter your car reg after the tills to avoid parking charge.
Staff really attentive opening new tills quickly when queues build up.
