Entire process from booking online to in-store was handled flawlessly. Very thorough eye test. Store staff even helped with a minor repair on my current glasses while I was there. Range of frames and options seemed pretty upper end but I didnt explore fully.

Attended for an eye examination after nearly 2 years of problems and successive operations. The condition is complex and Matthew was very patient, thorough and informative while trying to get the best possible prescription to improve my sight. The dispensing staff were also very friendly and helpful, even returning the first pair which were not quite set up correctly and helping me find a suitable pair of prescription reading glasses. After many stressful months it was very reassuring to be treated so well and made for a good experience in difficult circumstances.

The staff at Leightons are really really brilliant. They are kind and excellent at their jobs. We had a brilliant experience when we went for my son?s new glasses after a 2 year gap due to Covid.

All the staff were very pleasant, polite and professional. Rebecca the optician(?) was excellent and put me at my ease over my eye condition and was genuinely concerned about the wait I?d had due to the local doctors mistake. Thank you all for your kindness and concern.

The eye examination was well carried out and the prescription was spot on. However, I then paid £720 for a pair of varifocals which broke on Day One.The frame snapped apart and a lens dropped out. Luckily I was not driving at the time. I was on their doorstep at 0900 the following day and got my money back.

All recent visits both for glasses and hearing aids have been an enjoyable experience.Staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which is a reflection on theguidance from a very experienced manager.Having used most of the opticians in Chandlers Ford over the years, Leightonshave got to be the best by far.

I chose Leightons for my glasses based on the excellent service I received when I had hearing aids fitted. Whilst the costs can be a little more than other High Street chains, you get what you pay for - good service, a quality product and great support. I would definitely recommend.
