I went in Friday13thdec evening to. Get KFC for my family.. I was unsure of the box meal my son has so I went to the counter where a friendly member of staff came to take my order he was very patient friendly and had amazing customer service skills with a gorgeous smile jaydon knew what it was I wanted and also done some of my order to my son's personal preference .ie different sauce and no salad in his chicken fillet burger ? nothing was to much trouble whilst wanting for my order some delivery drivers came in and got a nice welcome and quick service from another happy friendly member of staff mac. He engaged in conversation with me whilst working I may add. I often use this KFC and said new staff a new person josh was putting together the orders working away and then a very pleasant lady think she may have been a team leader or manager her name was Ayesha she made eye contact and smiled i then told her how lovely her staff were. And she thanked me. This was the first time I have been in and out my order was correct and all there .the staff were friendly helpful and knew what they were ment to be doing it was stress free and I just wanted to get some recognition for the lovely team at Eastleigh KFC Mac,Jayden,josh and Ayesha thank you! regards Sarah ?

Absolutely useless - multiple times they cannot give you the correct orders. get home to find most of it missing. tonight i ordered the new stuffing box meals. no stuffing. put a poxy hash brown in it. are you that retarded you dont know the difference.

Stayed away from Kentucky for a while after some not so good experiences.
But overjoyed that leigh road eastliegh has definitely won me back.

Went there this evening, ordered my usual of ten leg pieces of chicken and I'd just like to thank the staff, and especially the manager, for how kind they have been and their thoughtful gestures.

Orderd £23 worth of food yesterday got home and 2 lots of fries were missing! I called the restaurant plenty of times last night and it went straight to line is bussy! Sounds like the staff couldn't be bothered to answer the phone! So very good having burgers with no fries! Come on guys check your packing!! I'm guessing in future I'll have to check my order at the till before leaving now!

Over 2 hours for food! Absolutely appalling worst kfc ever! Waiting absolutely bloody ages! Had to go drive to the place to get it myself! Do not recommend! Staff didn?t even have a clue. No notification! Left food out for cold, now food all soggy. Disgusting!

Lost stars as I paid for a14 piece bargain bucket, but when we got home only 9 pieces of chicken inside. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened with dine out, so will not be using this branch again.

KFC, what more can you say. Food was as you would expect. No issues. The place is cold and hostile, especially at night. Standard for eastleigh, I suppose. Staff seemed to enjoy shouting at each other, and a chav couple, one of which was wearing a dressing gown, put on a lovely crackhead fight display for all to see outside under the pretty christmas lights. Avoid at all costs if you scare easily. Otherwise, I would advise visiting after dark, sitting near the window with a bucket of chicken and a camera. Guaranteed entertainment when the local crackheads emerge from their pits of despair and start trolling the streets looking for their next fix. Maybe toss them a wing occasionally to keep their energy levels up.
Parking: Good luck. Pack your steering wheel lock and ensure you have locking wheel bolts.

Have always gone to this KFC branch and ordered the same thing as usual but this time I wasn?t given the popcorn chicken I ordered and especially disappointed that I had asked where it was and they said it was in the box but wasn?t. Tried calling to complain no answer and I live 20 mins away so couldn?t go back.

The food was really delicious but our services took longer than expected to get ready. There was no dine-in service in the order machine and all orders were prepared for takeaway, while we preferred to sit and have our email inside the KFC. There is no specific/public parking around and on a torrentially rainy day we should have a walk through long distance to get there
Overall we were happy with our food and reasonable price and the respectful staff

Great service last time I visited. I'd used the browser to order and the check in screen disappeared before I arrived. The server was really helpful, able to recover my order, and served me really promptly. Great customer service, thanks KFC Eastleigh.
