“I can't believe it I've just been in B &Q FESTIVAL PARK Stoke-on-Trent and I was so frustrated look for some plastic tubing for electric wires and this lovely mannered man asked me if I was OK and when I explained what I was looking for he went to such an extent to find me what I wanted because it looked like someone had mixed everything up it was so pleasant to go there again not like the last time about 3 years ago . By the way the name on his badge said Scott and it turned out that he was the manager. I will definitely start go going back there in future.”
