Absolute shambles ,we orderd a high grade Manuka honey .
Little did we know that they needed to travel to New Zealand with a jar ,find the manuka flower ,wait for the bees, follow them back rob the hive ,then jar ,it and then use a pedalo to circa navigate from New Zealand to the uk to get it to me ?????
Please never.
Buy from them especially on line ,you would be better to fly there rock climb up to the flower and harvest it yourselves

Went in tonight after work around 4.45. Had an idea what I wanted but a little unsure . What a lovely lady who worked there . I never got any hard sell but she was informative and so helpful . I didn?t get her name but I came away with 2 products , feeling really upbeat . She knew what she was talking about and even asked me to pop back in at a later date to let her know if the tablets helped . She is a credit to Holland and Barrett and I came away feeling very positive .

I been a custumer for over 20 years. But now I am not happy that Eastleigh staff do not want to wear a mask!! with the danger of covid..... But they spect custumers to wear one, I am a very careful person, the staff must do the same as it's not right. (Why we should do it and not them??)

Normally I get good service from this store, but when I went the store the other day, I thought the assistant was very condescending.( I hope that is the right word) when I went to pay I gave her the code for my discount. :whatâ??s this: she said making me feel like an idiot. When she eventually found the discount and asked for,£5 . 29, I said Iâ??ll give you the odd 29pence.As I tried to get the change from my purse. :what are you doing : the assistant said. I may be old but I am not stupid. I could see other customers looking uncomfortable. If this assistant is on duty next time I visit I wonâ??t go in.
