We had a wonderful stay. It's too bad we were only there for one night. We were impressed as we first stepped inside. The decor is fresh and cheerful. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the room/bathroom exceptionally clean. We slept like the dead in the huge, comfortable bed, and really enjoyed the darkness from the blackout curtains. Providing a refrigerator was a nice touch, as was all the coffee and ???? milk. The breakfast buffet had everything and more we could have craved, and it was all scrumptious.But the highlight of our stay was meeting ???????. Chatting with her was delightful. She's a charming asset to this hotel. She and her colleagues at this Holiday Inn organized a ???? & ????? for guests, and we there on the evening it occurred. Wine and delicious hors d'oeuvres were provided. Lucky us! Matthew and Dave (Reception & Reception Spr/nights) were lovely. The most welcoming team and made us feel right at home. Owen was lovely and accommodating as well.Megan (Duty Manager) was excellent during good service.Would definitely recommend. All facilities were amazing and food was lovely.Check out took a while to be seen too and then passed between staff members but besides that the entire stay was amazing!

I was in the area on business and this hotel was an ideal location. Ample easy parking and modern clean facilities. Good wifi also which is a bonus when you're working ! Recommended.

Overall, a nice Holiday Inn. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant was average at best. We got in late and didn't have the energy to go anywhere else. Food was bland and a huge fuss was made over a very simple allergy.Room was fine, but carpet was damp. They had obviously done a revamp of the room, but the bathroom was still quite old-fashioned. Loved that the plugs had C ports as well as USB. Nice to see them on the ball there.Enough tea and coffee for 12 cups, but only enough milk for 2! Would have expected some biscuits too, considering cheaper hotel chains offer them.Parking is reasonable at 5 pounds a night. Plenty available and easy access to the motorway.

Highly recommended for location, service, rooms and helpful staff. My first time using a Holiday Inn and based on this weekend it certaiy won't be the last. Room was A1, bright, clean and the bed was really comfortable. Convenient location not far from the Motorway but nice and quiet.

We stayed here for a night away, the room was a good size as we had a super king bed, at first we thought the bed was really hard but we both slept well, the receptionist explained what needed to be explained. The only down sides were in the room, the water pressure wasn't good, we could hesr traffic but being near a main road we knew that we would hear some and there was a lot of light coming through the bottom and side of door which we had to put a towel down to reduce light. However, overall it was an okay stay for what we wanted and it was nice that we could use the small pool and jacuzzi included in the price.

I am part of two networking groups that meet weekly at the hotel. They are both early morning meetings and there is nothing better than starting your day with the best front of house team you can possibly ask for! Constantin, Dominic, Subaqueen and Syed make our breakfast meeting extra special with their high quality service, friendliness and their lovely welcoming smiles!I feel genuinely overjoyed when being greeted by them so early in the morning, especially when my lovely decaf oat latte gets me ready for my meetings!I can?t thank you guys enough for your service and kindness!Hope you are as appreciated by your management team as you deserve! ??????????Warm regards,Lucy
