This is a good store - tidy and clean.
The staff are very nice and friendly.
Especially the woman with tattoos, she is cool.

An okay shop, however, the prices have really risen over the past couple of years!
It used to be about £7 for a t-shirt around 2 years ago, now it?s more like £14!
The jeans are a ridiculous price.
They also used to sell some really decent t-shirts such as Joan Jett, Blondie, Elvis Presley and now they sell more stuff like Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, Ice Spice, and I know that they should cater for a wide range of people, but it never was too fair! They used to sell t-shirts of ?old? music, but no modern. Now they don?t have nearly any ?old? and it?s mostly all modern!
They should just sell a variety and make it appeal to all!
Other than this though, it?s a good shop.

I made a complaint back in 2022 regarding the rude staff talking negatively about customers right in front of them, fast forward to 2024 nothing has changed! I?m not sure if it?s because English is an additional language for these particular members of staff or if it is simply a lack of people skills and regard towards customers?I hope the area manager takes this seriously as there are other people who have experienced the same type of behaviour!

Despite how expensive it can be, I do love what H&M has to offer. HOWEVER - I went in today and stood waiting to be served by one of the two girls stacking the clothing rails nearby. They were clearly more interested in putting out stock than anything as the short-haired blonde girl with glasses told me to use the self serve if I was paying by card (I wasn't sure how to respond to that but did it.) I walked out bleeping as the security tag was still attached, went back to get it sorted only to be told to use the bit on the self-serve. The girl commenting very nonchalantly and I thought, a bit sarcastically, when I said "okay" with: "Cool ?" as if she was actually saying: "yeah, whatever, couldn't care less" then carried on chatting and stocking. As someone the same age who also works in retail I find the "service" in here very lacking, with staff always seeming very unbothered and unwilling to help - I think they'd rather just have a chat with one another to be honest!

Well most of the customer will take the time to leave a review when they had a negative experience. A few days ago, I had an amazing experience at the store in the Swan centre in Eastleigh. I went to see if they had some Halloween costumes for my boys, which they had. Then, at the till, they have their new self check out till. Although it meant to be used by yourself but the lady behind the counter was much more efficient than me. Plus, I didn't have my H&M membership card and being with two young boys, I needed to go out quickly before they make a scene. She very kindly and very quickly find my membership number, check for vouchers and had everything done in less than a few minutes. I pay for my items with some great discount and left the shop very happy. Amazing shopping experience. However, I can't thank her properly as there is no name on the receipt. Anyway, thank you for your time and your help.

I like H&M until l came to pay, it is self service, ok for young ones but not for an old bird like meI was told it was easy to do,not the point l liked to be served,sorry H&M you may be saving money on staff, but put a damper on it for me.

Good sized store with women's and men's clothing on the ground floor and children's and maternity on the second. Usually quite large sake rails in this store much more than in other stores. 90,% of the time it's usually pretty quite also giving you plenty of time and space to browse

Place was very tidy, and everything seemed in its rightful place. I could only see one member of staff that was on the till.
