Their prices have gone quite significantly up (but fair with inflation). They had less food running out, shorter queues, cheaper food, sizes were better and better quality food 1-2 years ago. If i had done this review that long ago, I would give 5 stars. However now, standards have dropped. I will go there occasionally but I will not be the frequent customer I once was unless standards raise. Positively, it is a nice place to get a hot breakfast roll and is in quite a convenient location.

Place is disgusting. Bins always overflowing with rubbish and the staff are just lazy. Ended up grabbing a tea on my rounds visiting different shops, with the intention to go back later to grab something to eat. The bin was overflowing with rubbish on my first trip, came back about 3 hours later and the bin hadn't bin touched with even more rubbish just left with it on the floor. Despite it being very quiet when I came back a second time, most staff were just standing about looking bored whilst the tables looked dirty and sticky and bins needing emptying. This has to be one of the worst Greggs in South England, as I travel with work and always dive in to a greggs for something cheep and easy.

There?s never any food. On multiple occasions I?ve been they?ve not had any sandwiches baguettes pasta pots etc and always plenty of Vegan pasties but nothing else in the pizza pastie self?s very poor. Get more staff for your larger store or stop taking deliveries.

When i came in the morning it was okay and very clean. But when i came afternoon it was really dirty. It was not busy that much so they can clean but it was very dirty. Floor isn't clean, tables are full with rubbish.

Understaffed. Constantly waiting for up to 20 minutes to be served. Avoid if you want a quick bite on your lunch break.

I go to greggs everyday and I?m always happy to see Matt working the tills he?s got great and positive energy towards his job and customer care which is a great way to start my day

The food is good the place is filthy there is food all over the tables and on the floor and on the chairs .....this is with 90 percent of Gregg's shops
