Joel and his team in Eastleigh are Superb - cannot fault them what so ever - My first interaction was with Joel but his team did not let him down in the subsequent visits to the store. BIG SHOUT OUT TO ASH AND HARVEY - combining customer service and sales but using personable skills that have been second to none!! Well done to Joel for managing such a great bunch of people who really work hard to go the extra mile for the customer - which on this occasion was ME!!!!

Ash at the Eastleigh Swan Centre store was amazing! He was patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly while helping me and my brother-in-law with our phones. He struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendly conversation ? made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

Avoid EE Eastleigh ? Misleading and Unethical Sales Tactics
I am absolutely disgusted with the way EE Eastleigh treated my elderly mother. She went in to sort out some issues with her daughter?s phone contract and was misled into signing up for an unnecessary and expensive deal. The staff falsely claimed that her daughter was exceeding her data limit every month?something that is impossible, as there is a blocker on the account to prevent this.
As a result, they locked her into a two-year contract instead of the monthly pay-as-you-go plan she originally had. She also left without her EE data roaming plan and with 60GB of extra data she did not need. This was a completely unnecessary upsell that she did not ask for or understand.
I have now had to spend over an hour on the phone with EE trying to fix this mess. Taking advantage of elderly customers in this way is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this store.

I recently visited the EE store in Eastleigh, I was welcomed in and served by Joel possibly the manager. I can't thank him enough for his patient and helpful service! I'm useless when it comes to phones, Joel was so polite and friendly, he helped me with a number of things and I came away feeling way more phone friendly! He is a credit to your store and branch thank you Joel (:

EE Eastleigh is a fantastic store with amazing staff! Thank you so much to the manager, Joel. I suffer with severe anxiety and usually shop online but I am so thankful I went into store. Joel made me feel comfortable and at ease with his incredible knowledge and his kind and caring attitude.

I went into the store approximately two weeks ago and I was served by a young member of staff who I believe was a trainee. The manager Joel came over to sit in incase the trainee needed help. I have to say Joel blew me away, his knowledge, his charisma, his general attitude towards me a customer made me feel really privileged and valued that I was in his store and not anyone else?s. This is due to my visit to a previous store a little while ago in which I didn?t have the best experience. Joel has really made me think twice about EE. Thankyou Joel ??

EE Eastleigh is a fantastic store run by a brilliant manager in Joel. What an amazing human being. Could not do enough to help me in upgrading my phone. I really wanted to keep my budget below £50 and his service was second to none. I would always recommend the Eastleigh

Went to get help with a previous order, a manager ?supposedly? tried to help but clearly had no idea on what to do, after failing to help he had the cheek to try and sell me more contracted products when I said no thanks I?m not interested he got abit shirty. I tried to explain then i genuinely didn?t want or need anything he started to mutter under his breath so I walked out.
I think his name was joel or joe something to that effect, my advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
