Jamie is a truly amazing individual at this place. I was impressed with how his attitude shone through. He didn't let one person struggle and was pure class in helping us offload our stuff. The rest of the staff are great also and there is a huge pride in this site from the staff. We'll done all!

I've always noticed the good organisation and helpful staff and today it all came together. I lost my house keys and after driving back to the center in a panic I was greeted with a smile and a small envelope with them in. I'm truly grateful.

I had a great experience at the eastleigh refuse center. I had a load of awkward size things in my car and a very helpful worker called Mike got a trolley and emptied my car for me. Thank you so much . Great service . Well done.

I remember the old eastleigh site opposite Matalan where you might have to queue for 30 mins on a bad day. This one is a HUGE improvement and I love going.Prefer the booking system even though the online process takes me round in circles (is this just me?) but means when you get there you're in and out in no time.Staff are mostly friendly and helpful, there are one or two grumpy jobsworths. Love looking round the shop and it would be nice if these items could raise money for charity.

Clean, tidy and well run, with an outstanding recycling rate. Some staff are more helpful than others but the biggest issue for me was a lack of forewarning that any cardboard item taller than a child's shoebox won't fit through the slots in the railings. So, if you're transporting your rubbish in a large cardboard box that you'll dispose of afterwards, remember to bring a box cutter.

Very handy or the areas residents, still have the restriction of appointments and one visit a week, not really what you need if your having a clear out unless you have a trailer. Would be better if it was one visit a day. ( Subject to availability)

Since moving over to a booking system I have found every trip I'm in and out before my appointment time where as prior to bookings the traffic can be queued for quite some distance onto the main road causing all kinda of traffic related issues

Quick and easy accessThere are no steps to climb so getting to the bins is easy, they are well marked and marshalled, staff are helpful and respectful, I like a trip to the tip

Arrived in the pouring rain and wind to a very friendly greeting from Jamie who then helped us unload the car. The site is also very clean and well maintained.
