Absolute shambles and a poor excuse for local government. Regularly struggle with bin collection, fill out enquiry forms online and they are closed and incorrectly marked as resolved. Council tax is rising but appears the service is declining, bizarre.

Had an issue with a surplus bin and other issues on top of that, Claire on the phone was brilliant. Claire was very helpful, informative and actually seemed to care about the issue, listened and got it resolved all on the phone, within 20 minutes. Thank you Claire!
