We bought an expensive and complicated bed from Dreams yesterday and the customer service from Mike was superb. Nothing was too much for him, he had a lot of knowledge and expertise which helped us to choose the bed that would best suit our needs. I cannot praise his help enough

Absolutely pleasant experience. Mike was very helpful and patient. We went into this experience only wanting to look for a mattress but ended up deciding on one. We started our experience with the sleep match machine which showed us what mattress would be the best fit for us
Mike took his time to show us a multitude of mattresses and let us try them out and get a feel for what we felt was the best fit for us. The experience was very smooth sailing and painless. Thank you very much!

We were served by Michael, he was very good at his job, we had the computer bed then he showed us all the beds that were suitable for us , not putting any pressure on us just giving us the best possible advice, would highly recommend Dreams Eastleigh.

Where was treated nice with a cup of coffee and tea the gentleman showed us around different types of mattresses and I've picked my own one we also went on a machine that measured and the way you sleep which was a good experience we also bought some pillows which are very good for us overall well satisfied with my service we were giving highly recommend dreams two family and friends

I purchased a new bed from dreams today. The person with all the knowledge was David. There were so many beds to choose from in the shop and I didn't know where to start,David gave me so much help in choosing the right bed for me and I was over the moon when I purchased a temur bed, mattress and headboard that was what I went for straight away.

I was looked after by Samuel who was very friendly, helpful and patient. He also had a sense of humour and smelt lovely! There was no pressure and I rolled around on several beds before making a decision. I will be needing another bed in a few months and will definitely go back to the Eastleigh store

Had excellent service from David at Dreams Eastleigh. He was very informative and gave me all the information I needed. I appreciated him talking through the different options and then leaving me to try the mattresses and decide. Purchasing the mattress was quick and easy, just my details and payment made. All sorted in an afternoon. Very pleased. David made it all very easy, grateful.
