Jon and Graham have the patience of saints - and still retain their good humour! We will only use David Evans when selling houses as the whole team provide an amazing service, are lovely to deal with and we trust them completely. Totally recommend!

Jonathan is truly one of a kind in this industry. From the moment he arrived, he spotted issues with my property and gave me clear, honest advice?especially around a complex Land Registry problem. He went above and beyond, providing support, printouts, and guidance, all without charging a penny. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care are something you rarely find. It felt like he was helping me as if it were his own home. I?ve never met an estate agent like him, and I wouldn?t go to anyone else in the future. Absolutely outstanding!

Bought with David Evans 30 years ago and they were all so helpful in finding me my home, nothing was too much trouble for them as I was then living in London. They have just sold my house really quickly, again nothing was too much trouble for them. I would like to thank all the team at David Evans for being very helpful, professional and would highly recommend them if your buying or selling a property.

Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended. Having had a disappointing experience with another agent, on the recommendation of a friend, we contacted David Evans Estate Agents. From the first conversation with Jonathan, we cannot fault the service. We have been kept updated at all times and they have been honest about expectations, dates, etc. We have also relied on them as local agents as we had moved away from the area and they gave us extra confidence with regards being available for viewings and taking care of the property when visiting. They have also completed our final meter readings and taken care of keys. Communication was exceptional throughout. I would highly recommend this company - thank you.

We used David Evans to help us sell our house after being unhappy with another local estate agents efforts. From initial contact to the completion of sale they were always on hand to answer every question.
Really appreciated the portal with updates regarding viewings and the follow up phone calls. They were easily contactable and provide an excellent service. I highly recommend David Evans for assisting in house sales and the solicitors they recommend were amazing too.

I cannot recommend David Evans highly enough. I had quite a tricky sale on my hands and they did all they could to bring everything to a satisfactory conclusion. We have just completed on our first home with David Evans. Graham and the team were fantastic from start to finish. As first-time buyers, it was a very nerve-racking time however, Graham kept in contact every step of the way. Johnathon and his team sold my mums house for her move up North. They were brilliant and patient as the northern end was not as easy as it could have been! My mum is elderly and they were great with her, understanding that she would get quite anxious and keeping her up to date and informed when they had news.
I cannot praise this little team enough - they are the best estate agents in Eastleigh by far
