I come here often and Matt the assistant manager is always friendly and accommodating. It is nice to see a long standing worker, as most staff here don't stay for long. He treats the staff and customers with kindness and respect. Can guarantee to leave with a smile and makes the best coffee in Eastleigh!!

I was people watching while having a coffee today, it was obvious what an asset Alex is to your team, friendly and helpful, particularly to a lady in a wheelchair, and chatting to a little boy.

Why do Costa Coffee always leave the Open milk on the counter next to the till.
Can this be right in the current spell of hot weather or indeed anytime, I'm a regular at many shops all over the South.

Have been here a few times with my little girl, including today. The store manager served me and offered to bring the tray to the table as I had a pushchair which is so appreciated! He has served me before and I remember such personable customer service. Thank you!

Place is turning into a restaurant and dressing room for female students who don't purchase anything but take up the best seats in the place. Thought seats in Costa was for paying customers only!

Used the costa in the swan centre this morning. Was queuing when noticing signs that they couldn't do any hot food due to the oven not working. Once ordering I was then told I couldn't use my costa card or app and that I couldn't pay contactless due to system problems. Once then waiting for my order the 2 girls serving had very poor customer service, laughing and giggling the whole time that the one making the drinks stopped what she was doing to instead start chatting and laughing with the one serving on the till. Which caused a bigger delay on waiting for my order while that was happening a bigger queue was forming and by the looking at the customers they didn't look happy either.As someone who works in retail myself as I wasn't happy with their customer service at all, Would rather laugh and joke than serve the customers!The cake there was also dry, guessing it had been out a while.If I knew this was going to happen I would have taken my order elsewhere.

I went today to Costa Coffee for cup of coffee with my friends and it was quite busyBut staff was working very hard and they even managed to get our drinks ready in advance which is amazing!!!They all was smiling and very sweet and helped us with drinks choices!I believe the man called Alex helped us to chose a drink and girls Lisa and Cherry were so sweet to make it quick and bring it over to us even though it was busy!So I'm definitely coming again!!!!
