I come here often and Matt the assistant manager is always friendly and accommodating. It is nice to see a long standing worker, as most staff here don't stay for long. He treats the staff and customers with kindness and respect. Can guarantee to leave with a smile and makes the best coffee in Eastleigh!!

I was people watching while having a coffee today, it was obvious what an asset Alex is to your team, friendly and helpful, particularly to a lady in a wheelchair, and chatting to a little boy. I was served by Gemma, also friendly and helpful. Great service ?
