With the caveat that I'm not really a fan of large chains, dropping by here was a very pleasant experience.
The staff were doing their best to help customers. Hearing - don't worry it's not a problem, I'll get it sorted - being said to another customer gives a great feeling of care and professionalism.
Bit faded and shabby. Often flies in the cake displays in summer. Staff do their absolute best. Quite generic but a wide range of drinks to choose from.

Recieved a Luke warm latte. Microwaved it when i got back home. I don't know if this was a genuine mistake or if this was given to me out of spite because when paying for my coffee i asked for five pound coins instead of a five pound note.
