5 Stars to Tamzin and Tamzin only, The Coop is local to me and I always see one dedicated worker, she always greets with a smile making all the customers feel welcome, A couple of times ive had to ask for assistance with where certain products are kept, Tamzin is always so happy to help and is always so kind and patient with me and others.

I came in a few days ago to get some shopping and I could not believe what I had walked into. One of the staff members was verbally abusing this poor customer. I went and comforted the customer shortly after to make sure they were alright as they seemed really distraught. Thankfully they seemed alright just very overwhelmed. I think the member of staff was named Tamzin this type of behaviour was not professional what so ever and they were actually making comments about the customers looks and weight during the argument. This is unacceptable and this member of staff should have serious talking too! After going home and feeling sorry for this customer I will not be returning again!! I?ve mentioned this to friends and family and they will also not be returning as many of them suffer with anxiety and a situation like this would send them overboard. I?m very disappointed!

A small boy named Charlie really helped me today. Unfortunately they didn?t have the cookies I wanted so he was kind and showed me an alternative even though they were 20p more. Thank you Charlie you should get a raise I will definitely be back!

I am absolutely appalled by my experience here. I stepped into the shop to see if I wanted to buy anything and one of the staff told me to leave and commented on a young girls shorts saying it was her fault if people looked at her under waist area which is completely inappropriate to say to a young person with a growing mind. She also called another young girl a crybaby even though she wasn't crying. I find this woman's behaviour extremely rude. If I could give negative stars I would.

Very badly run currently. I have heard and seen that the staff are being given illegal hours, even more hours than the manager himself and he is using them all to close the store not even as managers, to avoid closing the store himself. Needs a new manager before it loses all the staff.

Went to the self service till, place was nice clean and tidy, needed a little filling on a Saturday, but understand it's a weekend.

not a good local shop , as stated in the window opening hours are 7am yet every morning i am still waiting outside at 7 mins past if not longer , now if this was every so often i wouldn't complain but every morning is the same , with the staff stood the other side of door chatting to colleagues with keys in hand . there are always more than one person waiting outside .very frustrating when we all have jobs to get to for certain times . fridges are forever breaking and always low on stock . i will not be using this store from now on . completely unacceptable and staff need to get to work earlier so they are open and ready for the day. staff hygiene needs to be spoken about to.

Walked over for some emergency supplies needed for the morning to find already closed at 22:30, ok says that online and Im sure its to do with Covid but as stated on the shop window, I have always known the co-op to be open till 23:00 ?
