Nasty rude staff, a lady was saying how expensive something was and we saw a large sale assistant girl laugh at the customer. They have expensive items which are cheaper in their other co ops, so very confused why this is the case. Won't be back. Co-Op Management will probably respond with formulaic answer blah blah blah.

This is the worst local business that I ever visited in Hampshire, very rude staff and total disrespect for customers. I had my tip point today between 9 and 10pm. I will never visit this place again, but, I do recommend it to my enemies.

Some worker is nice and friendly but one of the worker is very rude or grumpy toward me giving me a behaviour today I went in coop saw me and my family in a que put her stuff down so hard acting horribly into front of us for no reason if it not should of quit the job ? being rude for no reason which is not good to act to a customer it not only happen one time it many times such a horrible thing to do to customer?. Thanks

There is a lot of litter around the shop and it looks so untidy. It needs cleaning up outside. It?s so off putting they need to get the staff to clean up as the bin is always over flowing outside . Not impressed with this store.

The manger/collage who is called Charlie was rude to the young adults who walked in to the shop topless unaware off the sign on the door as it gets covered when the doors open , she was yelling at them saying where are your tops they replied saying we don?t have them , then she yelled repeatedly way are u ignoring me and making a comment to another member off staff saying ?if they were older I wouldn?t mind ? which is unacceptable and discrimination, then when they went to pay she started on them saying I told you repeatedly to leave the store when she didn?t say it onceNo good customer service , no respect for the customers and making them feel belittled.Definitely not shopping there again

I always go here to bit lunch breakfast and dinner great staff I live nearby and I've had an experience it's easy to find your way around lovely meal deals they always have what i need

Was ACCIDENTALLY short changed didn't realise until I got home, phoned the store and while I was on the phone the lady checked the cctv. Went to collect my money and the woman assistant was very apologetic.
